Affordable Homeownership Applications Open February 10

Manatee County Habitat for Humanity will open applications for its affordable homeownership program on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The application window will remain open for one week and close on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

Prospective applicants are encouraged to prepare in advance by visiting mhapply.org to review all general program requirements and determine eligibility. Individuals who believe they meet the qualifications will be able to click “Apply Now” at the bottom of the page once applications officially open and complete the online application.

The affordable homeownership program is designed to help income-qualified families achieve stable, long-term housing through partnership and homebuyer education.
