Anna Maria Island St. Patrick’s Day Parade Set for March 15, Registration Now Open
Anna Maria Island is preparing to go green as plans move forward for the 2026 St. Patrick’s Day Parade, presented by Duncan Real Estate. The festive community event will take place on Sunday, March 15, from 4 to 6 p.m., bringing floats, decorated vehicles, and Irish spirit to the island’s streets.
Hosted by The Center of Anna Maria Island, the parade invites local businesses, nonprofits, families, and community groups to participate. Organizers are encouraging entrants to showcase their creativity by registering a float, golf cart or decorated car.
Entry fees vary by category. Nonprofit organizations may participate at no cost. Personal golf carts and personal vehicles require a $10 entry fee. Business vehicles are $50, and business floats have a suggested entry fee of $150.
Participants must register by Friday, March 6. Registration information is available at www.centerami.org/events or in person at The Center.
The parade will begin at Holmes Beach City Hall, located at 5801 Marina Drive. Participants will line up on Flotilla Drive facing south before heading along 58th Street, Marina Drive, Palm Drive, Gulf Drive, Pine Avenue, and Tarpon Street. The procession will continue to Magnolia Avenue, concluding at The Center of Anna Maria Island, 407 Magnolia Avenue.
Presented by Duncan Real Estate, the event is supported by community partners including AMI Dolphin Tours and Duffy’s Tavern. Organizers say the annual parade is an opportunity for residents and visitors alike to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day while highlighting the strong sense of community that defines Anna Maria Island.
