Back-to-School Jam Returns to LECOM Park on Aug. 8 with Free Tickets, Meals and School Supplies

Families across Manatee County are invited to celebrate the start of the new school year at the 2026 Back-to-School Jam on Saturday, Aug. 8, at LECOM Park, located at 1611 19th St. W. in Bradenton.

Presented by the Bradenton Marauders and the School District of Manatee County, the free community event is open to School District of Manatee County students, staff and their families. Gates open at 5 p.m., with the game beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Each guest will receive a free game ticket and a meal voucher, while students can also receive a new backpack filled with school supplies, available while supplies last.

The evening will conclude with a postgame fireworks show, giving families the opportunity to celebrate the upcoming school year together.

The event is sponsored by Skanska, Arsenault Dermatology and Chase Bank. Organizers encourage families to arrive early to enjoy all the festivities and ensure they have an opportunity to receive school supplies before they run out.
