Boys & Girls Clubs of Manatee County Launch Christmas Tree Pre-Orders
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Manatee County are inviting the community to get a head start on the holiday season by pre-ordering Fraser fir wreaths and large Christmas trees. Now through September 4, residents can secure trees ranging from 10 to 12 feet tall, as well as festive wreaths, by placing a deposit online.
Pre-orders will be fulfilled at the organization’s annual Christmas tree lot, which opens Friday, November 21, at 5 p.m. For those who do not reserve in advance, the lot will remain open to the public with a full selection of trees and wreaths available for purchase.
Christmas tree sales have long been a holiday tradition across the United States, with Fraser firs remaining one of the most popular choices due to their strong branches, pleasant fragrance, and long-lasting needles. Community groups, schools, and nonprofits often host seasonal tree sales as fundraisers, with proceeds supporting local programs and services.
In Manatee County, proceeds from the Boys & Girls Clubs’ holiday sales support the organization’s mission of providing safe, inclusive spaces for young people to learn, grow, and build bright futures. Since its founding in 1946, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Manatee County has grown to serve thousands of children annually, offering after-school programs, mentorship opportunities, and enrichment activities that promote academic success, healthy lifestyles, and strong character development.
