Braden River High School Crowned Grand Champion at FFCC Outdoor Championships
WINTER GARDEN, Fla. — Braden River High School’s band program brought home top honors this weekend, earning the title of Grand Champion at the 2025 Florida Federation of Colorguards Circuit (FFCC) Outdoor 1A–3A Championships, held at West Orange High School’s Warrior Stadium in Winter Garden.
The Braden River High School Marching Band, representing Manatee County, impressed judges with a powerful and precise performance that also earned them the 3A Division Championship, securing their place as one of Florida’s premier competitive marching bands.
The competition brought together outstanding programs from across the state. Ponte Vedra High School earned second place overall, and Orange Park High School took third. In class divisions, Calvary Christian High School won the 1A title, and Northside Christian took home the 2A championship.
The FFCC Championships mark the conclusion of the outdoor season for many of these programs, celebrating the dedication of student musicians and color guard performers who have spent months perfecting their routines. For Braden River, the Grand Champion title is a testament to their commitment, teamwork, and the strong support of their school and community in Manatee County.
