Bradenton Beach, FL – The Bradenton Beach Merchants Association is excited to announce the return of Sundown Get Down, the signature street party series that transforms Historic Bridge Street into a festive, pedestrian-only celebration. This fall’s lineup kicks off with Rock the Block: Celebrating Our First Responders & Cornhole Tournament on Saturday, October 11, followed by Christmas on Bridge Street & Tree Lighting on Saturday, November 22—two milestone events that showcase the spirit, resilience, and magic of Bradenton Beach.
TWO STREET PARTIES!
Historic Bridge Street in Bradenton Beach will transform into a pedestrian-only festival zone for two signature Sundown Get Down street parties. Guests can stroll the street, enjoy live music, sip and savor local flavors, and shop for merchant specials while celebrating community spirit.
Saturday, October 11 (2 PM – 8 PM)– Rock the Block at Sundown Get Down
Honoring First Responders Month and the one-year anniversary of Bradenton Beach’s reopening after hurricanes Helene and Milton, this special edition will feature a recognition ceremony at the Pavilion at the Bridge Street Pier at 4:30 PM, exclusive discounts and promotions along the street for first responders and essential workers. Guests can also enjoy live entertainment, delicious food and drinks, family-friendly fun—and the Inaugural Bradenton Beach Cornhole Tournament, bringing a playful competitive spirit to the celebration.

Enjoy live music, raise a glass with friends, and watch the dramatic drop of the oversized Oyster Shell at midnight—an island-inspired twist on the Times Square ball drop.
