Bradenton Dedicates “Singing River” Public Art Installation Along Riverwalk East
The City of Bradenton officially dedicated a new public art installation titled “Singing River” at Manatee Mineral Springs Park along Riverwalk East on Wednesday afternoon.
Created by artist Reinaldo Correa, the canopy-style sculpture was designed to reflect the movement and rhythm of the Manatee River. The installation stretches above a pedestrian pathway, combining color, motion and sound to create an interactive experience for visitors walking beneath it.
City officials said the project was designed to enhance one of Bradenton’s historic public spaces while encouraging community engagement through art and outdoor experiences. The installation aims to connect elements of nature, history and culture along the city’s Riverwalk corridor.
Residents, community members and supporters gathered for the dedication ceremony as city leaders highlighted Bradenton’s continued investment in public spaces and cultural amenities throughout the community.
“Singing River” now becomes part of the growing collection of public art featured throughout downtown Bradenton and the Riverwalk area.
