Bradenton Engineer Jeb Mulock Reappointed to Florida Board of Professional Engineers
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has announced new appointments and reappointments to the Florida Board of Professional Engineers, including the reappointment of Bradenton-based engineer Jeb Mulock, reinforcing the region’s representation in statewide professional regulation.
Mulock, president and owner of ZNS Engineering, continues his service on the board, which oversees the licensure and regulation of more than 46,000 Professional Engineers across Florida. The board’s mission centers on protecting public health, safety, and welfare through proper oversight of engineering practice.
A longtime community leader in Manatee County, Mulock is an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Bradenton and previously served on the Manatee County Children’s Services Advisory Board. His professional and civic background brings both technical expertise and community perspective to the board’s work.
Mulock holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The Citadel and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of South Florida. His continued appointment highlights Bradenton’s role in shaping engineering standards and professional accountability at the state level.
In addition to Mulock’s reappointment, the governor announced the appointment of Christopher Forehand and Richard Temple, along with the reappointments of Dylan Albergo and Brock Shrader. The Florida Board of Professional Engineers is established under Chapter 471, Florida Statutes, and consists of 11 members, including nine licensed Professional Engineers representing multiple disciplines and two lay members.
All appointments are for four-year terms and are subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
