Bradenton Implements New Building Permit Fees Effective July 1

As of July 1, 2025, the City of Bradenton has officially enacted an updated building permit fee schedule—the first such revision since 2013. The new fee structure applies to all building permit applications submitted on or after July 1.

City officials emphasized that applications submitted and paid in full before the effective date followed the previous fee structure. The update is part of Bradenton’s ongoing efforts to align permitting costs with current administrative and operational demands.
