Bradenton Police Accepting Applications for Florida Contraband Forfeiture Grant Program
The Bradenton Police Department is accepting applications for its Florida Contraband Forfeiture Grant Program, which provides funding to eligible organizations working to improve public safety and strengthen the community.
Grants are available to neighborhood groups, associations, government agencies and nonprofit organizations that operate programs focused on neighborhood safety, crime prevention, drug abuse education, drug abuse prevention, drug abuse treatment and School Resource Officer programs.
To qualify, organizations must have a 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4) nonprofit designation.
Applications must be received by the Bradenton Police Department no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, July 31.
The department encourages eligible organizations to apply for funding to support initiatives that help reduce crime, promote public safety and improve the quality of life in the Bradenton community.
