Bradenton Police Arrest 12-Time Convicted Felon Again After Major Drug Seizure
The Bradenton Police Department has arrested a 61-year-old man for the second time in less than a year following a narcotics investigation that led to the seizure of crack cocaine, cash, and a vehicle.
Earlier this week, detectives with the department’s Narcotics Unit, assisted by the SWAT Team, executed a search warrant at the home of Brent Williams, a 12-time convicted felon. The search comes months after a similar operation in August 2025 that resulted in Williams’ arrest on multiple felony charges related to the sale of illegal narcotics.
During the most recent search, detectives seized approximately 53 grams of crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia, about $3,000 in cash, and Williams’ vehicle. Authorities say the amount of cocaine recovered meets the threshold for trafficking charges under Florida law.
Williams was arrested and charged with trafficking cocaine (28–150 grams), possession of drug equipment, altering, destroying or concealing evidence, and maintaining a public nuisance structure for drug activity.
He is currently being held without bond as the case moves forward through the court system.
Bradenton police continue to emphasize their focus on repeat offenders and narcotics enforcement efforts aimed at improving public safety in the community.
