Bradenton Police Charge Inmate in Additional Burglary Case

The Bradenton Police Department has charged 52-year-old Corey Grier with burglarizing an unoccupied structure after investigators say he was caught on camera stealing tools from a carport in the 1700 block of 4th Avenue East on October 27.

Police said Grier was already in custody at the Manatee County Jail, where he has been held since October 28 following his arrest by the Palmetto Police Department in connection with a burglary at an Ace Hardware store.

The additional charge from Bradenton Police will be added to Grier’s existing case as authorities continue to investigate the series of property crimes.
