Bradenton Police Department Hosts National Night Out Block Party
The Bradenton Police Department will welcome the community to its headquarters on Tuesday, October 7, for a National Night Out block party. The free event, running from 6 to 8 p.m. at 100 10th Street West, offers a family-friendly evening filled with activities, demonstrations, and food.
Highlights include a touch-a-truck showcase for children, specialty vehicles from The Shop, police demonstrations, and hands-on activities designed to engage all ages. Guests can also enjoy food fresh off the grill, along with sweet and caffeinated treats from Kona Ice of Manatee County and Travelin' Tom’s Coffee of Bradenton.
Plenty of free parking will be available in the nearby garage at 10th Street West and 3rd Avenue, making it easy for families to attend. The event is supported by community sponsors, including Sam’s Club, Kona Ice, The Shop, and the City of Bradenton.
National Night Out is part of a nationwide effort to strengthen ties between police and the communities they serve, while offering residents a safe and enjoyable evening out together.
