Bradenton Police Seek Public's Help in Identifying E-Bike Theft Suspect
The Bradenton Police Department is investigating the theft of an electric bicycle that occurred on the evening of June 1 at the Publix located at 5001 State Road 64 East.
According to authorities, the theft took place around 6:50 p.m. while the victim was inside the store. The e-bike had been securely locked to a rack, but surveillance footage shows a man approaching the bicycle, lingering for several seconds before riding off with it.
The suspect is described as approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing around 205 pounds. The stolen e-bike is a grey Euybike outfitted with distinct features, including a left-side mirror, an orange and black phone holder, and black saddle bags.
