Bradenton Riverwalk to Undergo Nightly Pressure Washing February 4-7
The City of Bradenton has scheduled a comprehensive pressure washing of the popular Riverwalk, set to begin Tuesday, February 4, 2025. The project is expected to span four nights, with crews working from 9:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. to minimize disruptions to daytime visitors.
A vendor contracted by the city will clean, operating under a Sound Control Ordinance Special Permit to ensure adherence to local noise regulations. The maintenance work is part of ongoing efforts to preserve the aesthetic and safety of the Riverwalk, a key attraction in the Bradenton community.
For the project's duration, safety measures such as signage and cones will be placed around the active work zones to guide pedestrians and prevent accidents. The City of Bradenton encourages residents and visitors to exercise caution during nighttime visits and appreciates the community’s cooperation in maintaining this cherished public space.
Once completed, the Riverwalk will continue to serve as a vibrant, clean, and welcoming environment for both locals and tourists.
