Bradenton “Skills to Start” Event to Highlight Careers in Skilled Trades
Residents interested in exploring careers in the skilled trades will have an opportunity to connect with industry professionals during an upcoming “Skills to Start” event at the Red Wing Shoe Store in Bradenton.
The event is scheduled for May 13 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the store located at 3106 53rd Avenue East. Attendees will be able to meet local trade professionals, learn about career pathways, and receive guidance on entering the trades.
Organizers are also promoting information about the Red Wing Trade Scholarship, providing additional opportunities for individuals considering a future in skilled labor fields.
The free event will include food, advice, and gear giveaways, with promotional items such as beanies, socks, and a free pair of Red Wing boots available to participants.
