City of Bradenton Launches ePlan Room for Digital Plan Submissions and Online Review
The City of Bradenton has introduced a new online system designed to streamline the permitting and plan review process for developers, contractors and residents. The Planning and Community Development Department recently launched ePlan Room, a digital platform that allows users to submit plans electronically and track the review process online.
The system is part of the city’s Accela Online Permitting Portal and is intended to make the application and review process more efficient. Through the platform, applicants can upload project plans, receive comments from reviewers and monitor the status of their submissions without needing to visit city offices in person.
City officials say the online system will improve communication between applicants and reviewers while helping speed up the permitting process. Digital submissions also allow for easier document management and faster collaboration among departments involved in reviewing building plans.
To help users become familiar with the new platform, the city will host a virtual training session on March 17. The session will provide guidance on submitting plans digitally and navigating the online review system.
Additional information about the new ePlan Room and the Accela Online Permitting Portal is available at the City of Bradenton’s website under Online Permitting Services.
