Community Conversations Invite North River Residents to Share Their Vision for Manatee County’s Future
Residents of northern Manatee County are invited to participate in upcoming Community Conversations on November 16–18. The series, focused on the North River area—including Terra Ceia, Rubonia, Memphis, Palmetto, Ellenton, Parrish, and Duette—aims to bring neighbors together to discuss local strengths, challenges, and hopes for the future.
The discussions are part of the North River Initiative, a collaborative effort supported by The Patterson Foundation, The Bishop Parker Foundation, and the Harwood Institute for Public Innovation. Organizers say the goal is to gather input directly from residents to help inform future community priorities and action steps.
Each session lasts about 90 minutes and is free to attend. Participants will enjoy complimentary food and beverages and receive a $25 gift card as a thank-you for contributing to the dialogue.
