Community Events, Performances and Family Activities Fill Manatee County Calendar March 23–30
A wide range of community events, government initiatives, family activities, and live performances are scheduled across Manatee County from March 23 through March 30, offering residents opportunities to connect, learn, and be entertained.
A major highlight of the week is the Live Well Manatee community health and wellness event on March 27 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Bradenton Area Convention Center. The free event will feature health screenings, hands-only CPR training, cooking demonstrations, and presentations on topics such as women’s health, weight management, and advancements in medical technology.
Attendees will also have access to the SunCoast Bloodmobile and opportunities to connect with local healthcare providers and organizations.

A Manatee County Commission regular meeting is scheduled for March 24, where local leaders will address county business and ongoing initiatives.
The City of Palmetto will host a Bulk Trash Drop-Off event on Saturday, March 28, from 8 a.m. to noon at the Manatee County Fairgrounds. The event is free for Palmetto residents with proper identification.
The City of Bradenton continues its environmental efforts with a Used Cooking Oil Collection on March 28 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Bradenton Public Market, helping residents safely dispose of cooking oil and prevent sewer and environmental damage.
The Manatee Performing Arts Center will host nationally recognized entertainer Lee Terbosic on March 26–27. The magician, comedian, and daredevil is known for his high-energy performances and appearances on major television networks, bringing a Houdini-inspired show to local audiences.
On March 28, audiences can enjoy ABBA Euphoria, a high-energy tribute concert celebrating the iconic music of ABBA. The show features live performances of hit songs paired with a full-length multimedia experience designed for all ages.
