With the Primary elections just weeks away on August 20th, more campaigning mailers, ads, and signs are popping up all over Manatee County. Current District 7 County Commissioner George Kruse is on the ballot to keep his current position. In the primaries, he will face off against current District 3 County Commissioner Kevin Van Ostenbridge, who switched district races at the end of May.
