41-Year‑Old Man Found Dead Inside SUV at South Skyway Fishing Pier; Investigation Underway
On Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at approximately 4:20 a.m., Florida Highway Patrol troopers responded to a call at the South Sunshine Skyway Bridge Fishing Pier in Manatee County. Upon arrival, they discovered a man, age 41, deceased inside a parked Chevrolet SUV. The man was the sole occupant of the vehicle, and no other injuries were reported.
