Embodied Health Opens Trauma-Informed Yoga & Massage Studio in Bradenton’s Village of the Arts
Embodied Health, a new trauma-informed yoga and massage studio, is now officially open in Bradenton’s Village of the Arts, offering therapeutic movement, nervous system support, professional massage, and small-group wellness experiences in a calm, inclusive environment.
Founded by longtime yoga teacher and wellness practitioner Denver Clark, Embodied Health was created to serve individuals seeking more than traditional fitness-style yoga. The studio specializes in beginner-friendly, therapeutic yoga, sound baths, and massage therapy, with a focus on stress relief, chronic pain, injury recovery, and nervous system regulation.
Located at 1102 12th St W, Bradenton, FL 34205, Embodied Health offers weekly yoga classes, professional massage services, full moon events, workshops, and intimate retreats. The space also hosts education programs for yoga teachers and wellness professionals, supporting both personal healing and professional development within the local community.
“Embodied Health was born from a desire to create a space where people feel supported and seen,” says founder Denver Clark. “Healing doesn’t have to be overwhelming or intimidating. We focus on gentle, embodied practices that meet people where they are — whether that’s on the mat, on the massage table, or in community.”
The studio’s approach is trauma-informed and experience-driven, integrating modalities such as somatic yoga therapy, Yoga Nidra, sound healing, meditation, and therapeutic touch. Classes and services are intentionally kept small to ensure personalized attention and a nurturing atmosphere.
Embodied Health welcomes people of all ages, with a particular focus on supporting those returning to movement after injury, and individuals navigating stress or life transitions.
Community members are invited to explore weekly classes, book massage appointments, and attend upcoming events including full moon gatherings, professional networking circles, and seasonal retreats.
