Empower Prosperity Foundation Launches Free Program to Help Families Thrive
New year-long coaching initiative offers free support to help working families achieve their goals, starting this January.
Empower Prosperity Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to unlocking human potential, today announced the launch of a free year-long coaching and mentorship program beginning in January 2026. “This is a Mission that Matters,” said Lucy Sorrentini, Co-Founder.
This new initiative provides individualized coaching, financial education, and career support at no cost to local working families in the Lakewood Ranch and greater Sarasota/Tampa Bay region. The program aims to break down barriers by giving people the tools, guidance, and community backing they need to turn their potential into lasting success.
For many hard-working individuals, limited access to resources – not a lack of drive – is what holds them back. The Empower Prosperity program addresses this gap by offering participants one-on-one coaching, practical training workshops, and a supportive small-group cohort experience to help them thrive. Participants will develop personalized plans to advance their careers, improve financial stability, and achieve personal milestones, all with guidance from experienced mentors and coaches. Best of all, the entire program is completely free for those selected.
“We strive to build a movement to help people define prosperity for themselves, one goal, one plan, and one victory at a time. We combine coaching, opportunity, and community and believe change isn’t just possible — it’s unstoppable,” Sean Allison, Executive Director of Empower Prosperity Foundation. Lucy Sorrentini and co-founder Matthew Herfield started Empower Prosperity with the belief that everyone deserves the chance to thrive, regardless of background or circumstances. The first cohort of participants will begin their journey in January 2026, marking the start of this community-driven movement for change. Empower Prosperity Foundation is currently accepting applications from eligible adults eager to take part in the free program.
