Endangered Missing Adult Reported in Bradenton, Search Underway for 69-Year-Old Man

Authorities in Bradenton are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing endangered adult last seen earlier this week.

Sylvester Williams, 69, was last seen on April 17, 2026, in the 2000 block of 26th Avenue East. Deputies say he was wearing a grey jumpsuit at the time of his disappearance.

Williams is described as standing 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing approximately 90 pounds. According to family members, he has medical conditions that may cause him to become disoriented, raising concerns for his safety.

The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office is actively searching for Williams and urges anyone who may have seen him or has information about his whereabouts to come forward.
