Family-Owned DoodyCalls on the Suncoast Expands Across Six Counties and Gives Back Through Community Pet Supply Drive
Supply drive to benefit three local rescues across three counties, with help from community partners hosting donation boxes
Parrish, FL – September 2025 — Since opening its doors in 2022, DoodyCalls on the Suncoast has grown from a small family-run startup into a trusted pet waste management provider serving families and communities across Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, Sarasota, and Charlotte counties. Now, the company is channeling that growth back into the communities it serves through its annual “DoodyCalls for the Cause” Pet Supply Drive.
This year’s drive will directly benefit three hardworking rescues across three counties, ensuring that pets in need receive food, medical care, and love:
Humane Society of Manatee County (humanemanatee.org) – Dedicated to leading Manatee County in fostering compassion and respect for animals through veterinary services, sheltering, adoptions, and community education.
FLUFF Animal Rescue (Pinellas County) (fluffanimalrescue.org) – A volunteer-based rescue saving homeless pets through foster care, medical care, adoption, and community outreach.
Satchel’s Last Resort Rescue & Sanctuary (Sarasota County) (satchelslastresort.org) – Providing a true sanctuary for dogs and cats who have no place else to go due to age, behavior, or medical needs, while also placing adoptable pets into forever homes.
“As a family-owned business, we know the importance of community support,” said Kara Kelsey, owner of DoodyCalls on the Suncoast. “We’ve been so blessed by the trust of local families since 2022, and this drive is our way of giving back—helping the rescues who work tirelessly to save lives every single day.”
