Fly Dance Fitness® Opens New Studio in Lakewood Ranch, FL
High-energy, music-driven dance workouts arrive in the Lakewood Ranch community
Fly Dance Fitness®, a globally recognized dance-based fitness brand, is excited to announce the Grand Opening of its newest studio in Lakewood Ranch, located at 10604 Technology Terrace Unit 101. The studio will officially open its doors on January 17, 2026, bringing high-energy workouts, empowering choreography, and a strong sense of community to the local area.
Founded on the belief that fitness should be fun, Fly Dance Fitness® offers instructor-led, music-driven classes that combine athletic movement with easy-to-follow choreography. Designed for all fitness levels, each class delivers a full-body workout while creating an inclusive and motivating environment where everyone is welcome.
The Lakewood Ranch studio is locally owned and operated by Tony Pinho, who brings a passion for movement, music, and community to the Fly Dance Fitness® experience.

To celebrate the Grand Opening, Fly Dance Fitness® Lakewood Ranch will host free demo classes, raffle giveaways, local vendors and special rates for founding members on Saturday, January 17, 2026 from 12pm to 5pm. Community members are invited to attend, experience a class, and see firsthand what makes Fly Dance Fitness® different.
