The Téa Bayonne Choates Foundation is accepting applications for a limited number of vendors for Girl, LIVE! 2026, a three-day empowerment conference is planned for Oct. 9-11 at the Christian Retreat and Conference Center in Bradenton.
The 2026 event, themed “All Things New,” will bring together women, girls, families, foster youth, community organizations and professionals. Organizers describe the conference as an opportunity to empower, equip, encourage and celebrate girls while connecting them with resources and supportive members of the community.
Girl, LIVE! is an initiative of the Téa Bayonne Choates Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in memory of Téa Bayonne Choates, whose life was lost to domestic violence. The organization focuses on supporting girls and young women who have experienced foster care, domestic violence, trauma, abandonment or human trafficking. Its programs include empowerment conferences, educational workshops, mentoring opportunities and an annual gala.
Girl, LIVE! has previously held its empowerment conference and gala at the Christian Retreat in Bradenton. The 2025 program included workshops, speakers, worship and a formal gala, with foster youth and domestic violence survivors able to participate at no charge.
For the 2026 conference, vendors will have tables available during conference sessions and an opportunity to share products, services and community resources with attendees. Vendors must align with the mission and values of Girl, LIVE!, and applications are subject to approval. Space is limited, and early applications are encouraged.
The conference will be held Oct. 9-11 at the Christian Retreat and Conference Center, 1200 Glory Way Blvd. in Bradenton.
