Goodwill and SunCoast Blood Centers Launch Summer Blood Drive Campaign Across Gulf Coast
Goodwill and SunCoast Blood Centers are encouraging community members to donate blood this summer through a multi-city blood drive campaign running from May through August 2026.
Participating donors will receive $50 in gift cards while helping provide lifesaving blood donations for local patients in need. The promotion includes a $20 Goodwill gift card and a $30 instant e-gift card, while supplies last.
Blood drives will take place at several participating Goodwill locations throughout Arcadia, Bradenton, North Port, Sarasota and Venice. Community members can schedule appointments online or by phone through SunCoast Blood Centers.
The campaign highlights the importance of maintaining a stable blood supply during the busy summer months, when donations often decline, but hospital demand remains steady.
