Hard Hats & High Heels Gala to Shine on International Women’s Day
Manatee Habitat for Humanity is set to host its premier fundraising event, the Hard Hats & High Heels Gala, on March 8, 2025, coinciding with International Women’s Day. The annual celebration is the highlight of the 2025 Women Build initiative, bringing the community together to support a single mother on her journey to homeownership.
The gala will take place at The Bishop Museum of Science and Nature, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the outdoor courtyard, with attendees encouraged to dress accordingly for the weather. Guests will enjoy a sophisticated evening featuring a full open bar, a gourmet three-course dinner, and an exciting live auction. The event will also provide an opportunity to hear firsthand from the 2025 Women Build homebuyer, whose inspiring story underscores the mission of Manatee Habitat.
Tickets are available for $100, but time is running out, as sales close on Friday, February 28, at 12 p.m. Those interested in attending can purchase tickets at womenbuildgala.com.
With an emphasis on impact, empowerment, and community, the Hard Hats & High Heels Gala serves as a significant fundraiser for Manatee Habitat’s Women Build program, which mobilizes volunteers and donors to help local women achieve the dream of homeownership.
