HOPE Family Services Makes Significant Impact on Domestic Violence Survivors in 2023-2024
Bradenton, FL – HOPE Family Services has released its impact report for the fiscal year July 2023 to June 2024, showcasing its extensive efforts to support survivors of domestic violence. The organization, dedicated to providing safety and resources, served 1,929 adults and children, empowering them to build safer and healthier lives.
Among its highlights, HOPE Family Services provided emergency shelter and safe hotel accommodations to 299 survivors, ensuring 7,281 safe bed nights. The organization also extended its care to furry family members, housing 16 pets and offering 402 animal bed nights.
Survivors were also supported through 1,630 outreach program services, while over 9,964 hours of dedicated service were offered to survivors and their children. Additionally, the Helpline received 2,923 calls and live chats, demonstrating the critical need for accessible crisis support.
HOPE Family Services also delivered 15,090 meals and assisted 401 individuals through its Injunction for Protection Project, providing vital legal support to safeguard survivors’ rights.
