Kiwanis-Affiliated Key Club Hosts Summer Supply Drive for Boys & Girls Clubs
With summer in full swing, Division 17 Key Clubs—high school service organizations affiliated with Kiwanis—are stepping up to support local youth through a Summer Supply Drive benefiting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Manatee County and Sarasota County.
Running now through June 24, the drive aims to gather essential seasonal supplies to help children stay active, creative, and protected throughout the summer months. Requested donations include sunscreen, bug spray, plastic water bottles, activity and coloring books, pencils, crayons, card games, board games, children’s books, and other fun, engaging items.
As a student-led branch of the Kiwanis family, Division 17 Key Club empowers high schoolers to lead community projects that make a meaningful impact. This summer effort is part of their ongoing commitment to service and youth enrichment.
