In 2023, Snyder served as president of the Associated General Contractors of America.
He holds a degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and is widely regarded for his strategic vision and dedication to workforce development.
Snyder takes the helm as NDC continues a strong growth trajectory. The company reported $174 million in revenue for 2024, up from $142 million the previous year, and currently employs more than 60 full-time staff. NDC ranked 14th on the 2025 Business Observer’s Top 50 Contractors list.
Major ongoing projects include the construction of the Bradenton Police Department’s new headquarters and the Lake Manatee K-8 School.
As president and CEO, Snyder plans to enhance operational systems, invest in employee development, and extend NDC’s reach throughout the Gulf Coast and beyond. He emphasized the importance of building internal strength to support the company’s rapid expansion and to develop the next generation of construction professionals.
