Manatee Chamber of Commerce Seeks Administrative Coordinator to Help Drive Community Impact
The Manatee Chamber of Commerce, recognized statewide for its leadership and innovation, is now hiring a full-time Administrative Coordinator to support its growing role in shaping public policy, strengthening the workforce, and coordinating key community events.
This dynamic position is ideal for a high-energy, detail-oriented professional passionate about connecting business, government, and civic leaders to move the region forward. Based at the Chamber’s Bradenton office, the role offers occasional flexibility to work from its Lakewood Ranch location.
The Administrative Coordinator will play a central role in planning and executing events like Pancakes & Politics, Headliners luncheons, and legislative advocacy trips. The position also involves supporting key committees focused on vital community topics such as transportation, healthcare, and education, as well as researching policy trends at the local, state, and federal levels.
Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the Chamber’s Communications team on content development, managing logistics for Board meetings and legislative programs, and assisting in workforce development initiatives.
The selected candidate will report to the Chamber’s President/CEO and Vice President of Operations, with some duties occasionally extending beyond the typical 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule.
