Manatee Community Baby Shower Set for March 28 in Palmetto
Families across Manatee County are invited to attend the upcoming Manatee Community Baby Shower, a free event designed to support pregnant women, fathers-to-be, and families with babies up to one year old.
The event will take place on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Boys and Girls Club of Palmetto, located at 1600 10th St. W., Palmetto.
Organizers are planning a morning focused on fun, education, and prizes, providing families with helpful information and community resources that promote healthy beginnings for children. The baby shower is open to Manatee County residents and aims to connect families with services and support during pregnancy and early childhood.
The event is sponsored by Healthy Start MomCare Network, Inc., and the State of Florida Agency for Health Care Administration. Community partners include Healthy Start, Florida Health, Connect Families and Resources, Team DAD, the Crosthwait Memorial Fishing Tournament, Trinity Lutheran Church, Bradenton, the Democratic Women’s Club of Manatee, and the American Association of University Women.
