Manatee Community Foundation Welcomes Jacob Kinsel As Director Of Finance And Operations
MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA – Manatee Community Foundation (MCF) is expanding its ability to serve donors, nonprofits, and the broader community with the addition of Jacob Kinsel as Director of Finance and Operations. In this key leadership role, Jacob will strengthen MCF’s infrastructure, provide strategic financial oversight, and optimize systems that support meaningful philanthropy and responsive grantmaking across Manatee County.
Jacob brings seven years of progressive experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Manager, and nonprofit auditor at the regional accounting firm Mauldin & Jenkins. His background includes extensive expertise in nonprofit financial operations, paired with a strong commitment to supporting local causes. He is a member of both the American Institute of CPAs and the Florida Institute of CPAs.

In addition to his professional credentials, Jacob is actively engaged in local leadership and mentorship. He serves as a Board Member, Treasurer, and Mentor for Take Stock in Children of Manatee County, participates in the Lakewood Ranch Young Leaders Alliance, mentors accounting students at the University of South Florida, and volunteers with a variety of initiatives.
With Jacob in this role, MCF is well-positioned to enhance its financial and operational systems to meet the increasing demands of Manatee County’s dynamic nonprofit and donor landscape.
