Manatee County Celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month with Events Across the Region
Manatee County is set to honor Hispanic Heritage Month with a variety of events celebrating the rich history, culture, and contributions of Americans with roots in Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. The festivities will kick off with *NocheUnidos* at The Ringling on Friday, October 18, an event that promises to immerse attendees in the vibrant traditions of the Hispanic community.
In addition to this signature event, Manatee County Libraries will host several free programs to engage the community. Families can enjoy creating traditional *Papel Picado* crafts, a screening of the beloved family film *Coco*, and lively Latin dancing sessions. These events provide fun and educational opportunities for all ages to learn more about Hispanic culture.
