The Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller will recognize Veterans Day by offering free services to veterans and active-duty military members throughout November.
From November 1–30, eligible individuals can receive free certified copies of official and court records, passport photos, and notary services. Veterans and active-duty service members must present a valid DD-214 or military ID to participate. There is no limit on the number of services provided per visit.
Manatee County Clerk Angel Colonneso said the initiative is a way to recognize the sacrifices and contributions of those who have served or continue to serve in the military.
Services are available at the Clerk & Comptroller’s office, located at 1115 Manatee Ave. W. in downtown Bradenton, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The office will be closed on November 11 for Veterans Day and November 26–27 for Thanksgiving.
Throughout November, the Clerk’s office will also recognize military veterans among its employees through features on its Facebook page.
