The Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller will host a free Community Shred Day on Saturday, November 14, 2026, offering residents a convenient and secure way to dispose of sensitive personal documents and computer hard drives.
The drive-through event will take place from 9 to 11 a.m. at Manatee Technical College, located at 6305 State Road 70 East in Bradenton.
Residents can bring personal documents containing confidential information for secure shredding, helping reduce the risk of identity theft and protecting sensitive information. Hard drive destruction services will also be available at no cost.
The event provides an opportunity for residents to safely dispose of outdated financial records, personal paperwork, and other documents that should not be placed in regular household trash.
