Florida school grades are based on multiple performance measures and require schools to test at least 95% of eligible students. Depending on grade levels served, schools may be evaluated using up to 12 accountability components, including student achievement, learning gains, middle school acceleration, graduation rates, and college and career acceleration.
The grading thresholds vary by school type. Elementary schools earn an A with at least 62% of available points, middle schools at 64%, and high schools and combination schools at 65%.
The Florida Department of Education has published the complete district and school grade results, along with additional information about the accountability system, on its School Grades website.
