Manatee County Family Seeks Help to Find Missing Horse

A family in Manatee County is searching for their missing horse, Cloud, a white mare who disappeared from their property four days ago. The family, who rescued Cloud 12 years ago, is pleading for assistance in locating her. Cloud had been recovering from a trailer accident in November and was described as a beloved family member.

Cloud's owner first noticed her disappearance when her husband went to feed the horses and discovered she was missing. The family has extensively searched their property and surrounding areas, using drones with infrared cameras to detect heat signatures. Despite their efforts, no sign of Cloud has been found, and there were no indications of a fence breach or escape route.

The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the disappearance but has yet to find evidence of criminal activity. The family fears Cloud may have been taken and is offering a reward for information leading to her safe return. The community has been asked to remain vigilant and report any sightings to authorities.
