Manatee County High School Teams Wrap Up October with Strong Performances
Manatee County high school football teams concluded October 2025 with an action-packed slate of games, marked by decisive wins and close finishes throughout the region.
Bradenton Christian delivered a dominant performance, defeating Geneva Classical Academy 42–12. Palmetto also posted a shutout victory, overpowering East Lee County 50–0, while Southeast controlled its matchup against Aubrey Rogers, earning a 46–20 win.
Lakewood Ranch secured a hard-fought 28–21 victory over Bayshore, while Braden River edged out George Jenkins 10–9 in a defensive battle. Parrish Community picked up a road win, topping Sarasota 35–28.
In non-district play, Manatee fell in a high-scoring contest against Riverview Sarasota, 63–42. Saint Stephen’s Episcopal’s playoff run came to an end after a 34–21 loss to Cambridge Christian.
The week’s results reflect a strong showing from several local programs as the regular season nears its end, with teams eyeing playoff opportunities and momentum heading into November.
