Manatee County Search and Rescue work with MCSO to find missing person
Saturday, July 6th, just before 5 AM, Manatee County Search and Rescue (MCSAR) was contacted by the Manatee County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) to respond to assist with a missing persons call in Parrish. Shortly after the initial call came in, MCSAR arrived on the scene with 7 personnel and 4 K-9s. Under the command of Rescue Technician Matt Snell, units deployed throughout the area to start their search.
Five hours after the initial call was received to MCSARs dispatch line, and through the teamwork of MCSO and MCSAR, the subject was located unharmed.
Manatee County Search and Rescue wants to say “Thank you, Manatee County, for continuing to put your trust in our organization. We are honored to be able to be a valued part of the community we love. This was MCSARs 19th missing persons search for the year.”
