Manatee County Seeking Applicants for Investment Policy Advisory Board

Manatee County is looking for one (1) citizen to be a part of the advisory committee on Investment Policy.

The committee -- which makes recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners -- meets quarterly to discuss general strategies, monitor results, and make recommendations based on Manatee County’s investment policy and Florida Statutes. This committee ensures the safety of capital, liquidity of funds and investment income.

Committee applicants must reside in Manatee County.

The term of this appointment is for two (2) years. All meetings will be publicly noticed. The committee meets quarterly at the Historic Court House, 3rd Floor Finance Conference Room at 1115 Manatee Ave W., Bradenton, FL 34205.
