Manatee County’s Resident Information Tool Offers Easy Access to Local Services and Safety Information
Manatee County residents now have a convenient way to access key information about their homes and neighborhoods through the county’s Resident Information Tool. Available online at mymanatee.org/residenttool, the tool allows residents to enter their address and quickly find details such as flood zones, evacuation levels, trash and recycling collection schedules, and information about their county commissioner.
The launch comes during Florida Preparedness Month, a timely reminder for residents to learn vital storm-related details in advance of emergencies. The tool also highlights essential updates, including the county’s new trash collection days beginning October 6, 2025.
In addition to utilities and storm preparedness resources, the system provides information about nearest shelters, polling sites, and holiday collection schedule changes. Officials encourage residents to bookmark the site or use the quick link on the county homepage for easy access to these resources.
By using the Resident Information Tool, residents can stay better informed and prepared for both routine services and potential emergencies.
