Manatee County Habitat for Humanity is accepting applications for a newly constructed, move-in-ready one-bedroom home in the Palmetto area.
The one-bedroom, one-bathroom home is approximately 530 square feet and has no homeowners’ association. The estimated mortgage payment is about $1,000 per month, including taxes and insurance.
The opportunity is currently available to a household of one. Applicants must have an annual household income between $40,000 and $63,950 to meet the stated income requirements.
Applications opened Wednesday, Sept. 16, and will remain open until further notice.
