Manatee Performing Arts Center Marks 76 Years with Youth Broadway Tribute
Young performers set to dazzle in "Celebrate Broadway!" spring production
This spring, the Manatee Performing Arts Center's Youth Education Program commemorates the 76th anniversary of the Manatee Players with a unique production titled "Celebrate Broadway!" Aspiring young performers will honor some of Broadway's most iconic shows, showcasing their talents in singing and dancing through decades of beloved entertainment.
The Saturday program offers participants a unique opportunity to enhance their vocal and dance skills, gain insights into production and performance, and develop teamwork abilities. Beyond skill development, the program aims to boost confidence and create lasting memories for each student.
The program runs every Saturday from 9 AM to 12 PM starting on Saturday, January 11. Enrollment is open at a cost of $350 per student. The community is invited to support this enriching experience by purchasing tuition for young performers, helping to nurture their talents and passion for the stage.
By investing in these budding artists, supporters contribute to the community's legacy of performing arts and ensure that the spirit of Broadway continues to thrive in the hearts of the next generation.
