Manatee Performing Arts Center Unveils Dynamic 2025–2026 Season Lineup
The Manatee Performing Arts Center, under the direction of Producing Artistic Director Rick Kerby, has announced an exciting and diverse lineup for its 2025–2026 theatrical season, featuring beloved musicals, heartfelt dramas, and engaging comedies.
Performances will be held in two main venues: Stone Hall and the Bradenton Kiwanis Theater, and productions will run from August 2025 through May 2026.
In Stone Hall, the season opens with The Prince of Egypt (Aug. 21–Sept. 7), followed by the classic musical Hello, Dolly!(Oct. 23–Nov. 9). The holiday season brings Disney’s Frozen (Dec. 4–21), while the new year starts with the whimsical Once Upon a Mattress (Jan. 22–Feb. 8). Spring will feature the bluegrass-infused Bright Star (Mar. 5–22) and conclude with the imaginative and moving Big Fish (Apr. 23–May 9).
Meanwhile, the Bradenton Kiwanis Theater will host a series of more intimate productions beginning with Gutenberg! The Musical! (Sept. 4–21), followed by the suspenseful Misery (Oct. 16–Nov. 2). Audiences will enjoy the touching story of Terms of Endearment (Jan. 8–25), the humorous The Cemetery Club (Feb. 19–Mar. 8), and the season wraps with Agatha Christie's timeless mystery And Then There Were None (Apr. 9–26).
