Manatee Sheriff’s Office Searches for Missing Endangered Bradenton Man

The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating 45-year-old Kelvin Chappell, who has been reported missing and endangered.

According to deputies, Chappell was last known to be walking in the 4500 block of 53rd Avenue East in Bradenton at approximately 9:40 p.m. on July 3, 2026, after making concerning statements about his welfare.

Chappell is described as 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing approximately 180 pounds. Authorities said it is unknown what clothing he was wearing when he was last seen.
