Manatee Tiger Bay Club to Host County Commissioner Candidate Forum for Districts 4 and 6 on July 23
Voters will have an opportunity to hear directly from candidates seeking seats on the Manatee County Commission during the Manatee Tiger Bay Club’s County Commissioner Candidate Forum for Districts 4 and 6 on Thursday, July 23.
The forum will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Manatee Performing Arts Center, with doors opening at 11 a.m. The event is designed to provide residents with an opportunity to learn more about the candidates and the issues facing Manatee County ahead of the 2026 election.
According to the event announcement, the District 4 candidates expected to participate are Glen Gibellina and Mike Rahn, although Rahn is listed as unable to attend due to a prior engagement. District 6 candidates include Tony Barrett, Reggie Bellamy, John Calovich, Edward Ference, and Tara Poulton, with Barrett and Bellamy listed as unconfirmed on the event promotional materials.
