Movie in the Park Returns to Waterside Park with Family-Friendly Feature Night
Families are invited to enjoy an evening of outdoor entertainment as Movie in the Park returns to Waterside Park on Friday, January 9, from 6 to 9 p.m. The free community event will feature a sunset screening of How To Train Your Dragon, offering a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere under the stars.
Activities begin at 6 p.m. with inflatables available for children, followed by the movie presentation later in the evening. Food and snacks will be available for purchase from We B’ Poppin Popcorn & Kettle Corn, providing classic movie-night treats.
In addition, the first 100 attendees will receive a free meal option from Nas Philly Steaks, including a choice of a steak or chicken Philly sandwich or chicken nuggets with chips. The complimentary meals are provided courtesy of Grace Community Church.
Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs to enjoy the evening comfortably. The event is open to the public and designed to provide a welcoming community experience for all ages.
